Businesses building loyalty without a dedicated in-house team
What you get
A launch-ready blueprint your board can sign off
Built around your business goals and specifics. Each mechanic is modelled through to its financial result. Technology advice comes on top: if you already have a platform or preferences, we take them into account.

How the scenario is built
From 20–30 ideas to the 10–15 that pass the modelling test
Mechanics and terms are shaped by your goals, the programme’s current performance, the interviews, the benchmark (if there was one), outside expertise and our library of 700+ programmes. Each idea passes five steps, and at each step some fall away. What remains is a scenario your board can approve and a platform vendor can quote against.

Scenario
Each dot is an idea still in play: from 20–30 at the start to 10–15 in the final scenario.
Scenario modelling
EXAMPLE
We model the programme in three scenarios: pessimistic, realistic and optimistic. We calculate the return on each mechanic and on the programme as a whole. The model accounts for mechanics that exist to support others, extra economic incentives and the effect on adjacent tools.
Decision rules
Profitable even in the pessimistic case
Launch from day one
Profitable only in the optimistic case
Hold for a later phase and re-test on real launch data
Loss-making even in the optimistic case
Removed entirely, not part of the concept
Break-even or loss-making, but other mechanics depend on it
Keep it as an enabler, with its cost built into the model
What the model shows your board
Payback periodProgramme profitabilityRevenue per memberBreakageSupplier and partner fundingAdvertising inside the programmeData monetisationSavings on market researchSavings on advertising…and more
The best brief for a platform vendor is the full scenario. It is the only way to get a complete and comparable answer from every vendor you talk to.
